How can I run a MSC as specific user and auto it as an exe?

Hi,

Is there a way that I can auto something to run a given .msc as an admin?

I would like to create an exe that I can put on all of my machines that will run an .msc as a specfic admin.

 For example the user would :

• Click on the exe and,
• Example.msc would open up and Run As adminuser

I managed to get it working, but I've come across another issue.

My exe runs and opens the app in Windows 8.1.

But it doesn't do anything on Server 2012.

How can I get it to run correctly on Server 2012.
