begemoth Posted November 16, 2016 Posted November 16, 2016 Hello! Im new to the autoit, could find the answear to this anywhere, plz exuse me if this was allready asked. I've got this little script i was testing the hotkeys with^ func key2() MouseMove (100,100) endfunc HotKeySet( "{!5}", "key2" ) while 1 sleep(100) WEnd When i press shift+5, it just prints the % sign in the editor. However when i press shift+1 it works for some reason. Also f7 and pause/break seem to work. Combos involving shift, alt, ctrl do not. Also single letters, like "f" dont work either for some reasons. What can be the cause?
Moderators Melba23 Posted November 17, 2016 Moderators Posted November 17, 2016 begemoth, Welcome to the AutoIt forums. Try: func key2() MouseMove (100,100) endfunc HotKeySet( "!{5}", "key2" ) while 1 sleep(100) WEnd I am sure you can spot the subtle difference in the code.
