Welcome to the AutoIt forums.

If you just want the added row to be selected, I would just add this line after you add the data:

_GUICtrlListView_ClickItem($idListview, $index)

If you want to colour the various ListView items permanently, then take a look at my GUIListViewEx UDF - the link is in my sig.
