AutoIT Drag .txt file from downloads and drop it in .xls file

Hello, I am trying to select a .txt file which is downloaded from an application and Automate it by dragging that .txt file and drop it into an empty excel file.How Can this be achieved using AutoIT3?  Can anyone help me with sample code on this topic. Any help is much Appreciated. Thanks in advance..:)

Is the goal to just open the text file in excel?  If so, it would probably be easier and more reliable to use the Excel UDF to open the file from the directory without the drag and drop.
