Sometimes Window doesn't show with _WinAPI_SetParent

Other strange effect of this window is that it is a bit transparent but I dont see the icon but only the desktop wallpaper a bit.

I see that it is parent child connection but the z order won't work as it state in the helpfile (Attach window to the desktop (always on bottom))

Mabey you or some else got a other idea how I set a Window to the lowest z order on the desktop and that it will stay there?

So it will look like the window is on the desktop wallpaper.
