AutoIT ImageSearch, n help.

Whenever i try to run the script it keeps printing "falsefalsefalsefalsefalse" ? what am i doing wrong?

It's doing that, because that's what you told the script to do. Your Do loop is constantly trying to find the image and when it doesn't the function returns false, which you write to the console after it returns, then you rerun the loop again.

BTW, the "If $result=1 then" section is entirely unnecessary. $result will never be anything other than 1 ("True") at that point, because it can't be. Your Do loop won't end until $result = 1, so testing for the value of it immediately after it becomes 1 doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

 

You might want to move the whole If/Then section inside of the Do loop where it will actually be testing for a $result that might or might not be 1.


If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

Oh i see, well apparently it wont find it at all? cuz the mouse is not moving to the point? even though i see it? <.<
