Does DllStructGetData return an array for short array ?

This code

#include <WinAPIDiag.au3>
$tag = 'short vec[3]'
$t = DllStructCreate($tag)
Local $vec = [100,200,300]
For $i = 0 To 2
    DllStructSetData($t,'vec',$vec[$i],$i+1)
Next

_WinAPI_DisplayStruct($t,$tag)

$out = DllStructGetData($t,'vec')
MsgBox(0,'',@error&' '&IsArray($out)&' '&$out)

$s = ''
For $i = 0 To 2
    $s &= ' '&DllStructGetData($t,1,$i+1)
Next
MsgBox(0,'',$s)

suggests that it does not return an array for numerical data.

But the Help,  by saying that omitting the index parameter "the whole array is retrieved", suggests that it does.

What am I missing?

The description is wrong: it does return the whole "array" only in case the type is char, wchar or byte. But then the retrieved datatype is String, String and Binary, so never an array (in AutoIt parlance). Help meant the whole DllStruct element "array".

I invite you to post a ticket in Trac.

I have accepted your invitation: I have created a ticket in Trac, with suggested text for Parameters>index and Remarks.

I am willing to clarify the Help for DllStructSetData() in a similar way.
