Editing A GUI?

Hello I wanna edit a gui something like a List like below in my attachments

SAy there's something in the list that I wanna delete, how do I do that?

Is this your gui or a third-party gui?  If its your own, please post your code, if it's third-party have a look at the control functions in the Help file and also the AutoIt Window Info tool for getting ctrl-ids etc...
