Can anyone provide some assistance this is what i have but i think its wrong... i am newbie but a friend needs it for his business so I am trying to help him out.. $T = @hour $T1 = @Min $T2 = @sec $T3 = @hour & ":" & @Min & ":" & @sec If $T3 = "12" & ":" & "51" & ":" & "00" then shutdown(0) endif
SpookMeister Posted December 21, 2005 Posted December 21, 2005 (edited) While 1 $T3 = @hour & ":" & @Min & ":" & @sec If $T3 = "12" & ":" & "51" & ":" & "00" then shutdown(0) endif Sleep(50) WEnd You need to put it in a loop to keep it runing untill your if statement is true. I added the sleep to keep it from eating up all your processor time... YMMV -Spook Edited December 21, 2005 by SpookMeister Helpful tips:If you want better answers to your questions, take the time to reproduce your issue in a small "stand alone" example script whenever possible. Also, make sure you tell us 1) what you tried, 2) what you expected to happen, and 3) what happened instead.Useful links:BrettF's update to LxP's "How to AutoIt" pdfValuater's Autoit 1-2-3 Download page for the latest versions of Autoit and SciTE
<glyph> For example - if you came in here asking "how do I use a jackhammer" we might ask "why do you need to use a jackhammer"<glyph> If the answer to the latter question is "to knock my grandmother's head off to let out the evil spirits that gave her cancer", then maybe the problem is actually unrelated to jackhammers
Valuater Posted December 21, 2005 Posted December 21, 2005 remember that the @HOUR is based on 24 hours, thus 1:00 is 13:00 with @HOUR and Midnight is 00 with @Hour 8)
