Question Autoit Can interact with the sensor or infrared device?

I have a question, Autoit can interact with sensor, infrared device to create driver like car model or not?
example: Remote TV, Water dispenser...vv

You want to interact with sensors presumably part of a microcontroller ... I referred you to posts about how others have done that.  Have you searched the term?  If you do you will see examples of people using AutoIt with the Arduino microcontroller that can interact with a wide array of sensors and devices.

I know that is the category of "Arduino" and C / C ++ but I do not want to learn other languages I want to work with autoit

Well I am suggesting searching this AutoIt forum for AutoIt examples so not sure how else I can answer that question ... but there are examples on this forum using AutoIt.
