BlackSnoww Posted March 18, 2019 Posted March 18, 2019 Hello Good day everyone! i just current started autoIt few months ago and this is my first post been try this script to work for sometime now and i could not. Basically it just makes a copy if a directory and zip with and name the file based on the date and time it happened. $date = StringReplace($date, "/", "-") Local $DateTime = $date &" "& $time Local $test = String ($DateTime) $loc = "C:\Users\localuser\Desktop\Pinnger\" $to = "C:\Users\localuser\Desktop\hehehe\" $try = $to &" "& $test $try = String($try) Run(@ComSpec & ' /k ""%ProgramFiles%\WinRAR\Rar.exe" a -ep1 -r -y "'&$try&'" "'&$loc&'" "',"", @SW_MAXIMIZE) and it gives the error in the image i attached
FrancescoDiMuro Posted March 18, 2019 Posted March 18, 2019 Hi @BlackWidow, and welcome to the AutoIt forums The error is in the $time variable; you should replace ":" with "", because in the filename there can't be : characters. P.S.: Next time, post your question in AutoIt General Help and Support forum Click here to see my signature: Spoiler ALWAYS GOOD TO READ: Forum Rules Forum Etiquette
