Code ran in scite ending after extended period of time.

I'm having a problem that I can't seem to troubleshoot or find an answer to searching the forums/net.
If I run code in autoit's Scite Lite (Tools -> Go(F5)) and let it run for an extended period of time 1-2 hours plus. It will automatically end it self even if it's running an infinite loop.

Why is this? Is it a safety feature of scite detecting a script has gone on for "too long"?

Here is my test code.

While 1
   Sleep(10)
Wend

If I compile and run it as an exe this doesn't seem to happen.
What if run it this way? AutoIt3_x64.exe script.au3

Thank you for your time!

Do you ever happen to send the keys to stop executing?  ctrl + break

No, no inputs with the keyboard or mouse during testing.

I've used autoit for years and this isn't the first time I've had this happen but I never felt compelled enough to post asking for help.

May be a periodic task of an AV sniffing unusual (or lack of usual) behavior. Lookup AV logs and try disabling it.

I do use eset nod32 antivirus. (for personal reasons)
It doesn't detect autoit by it self as a false flag threat, like some others AV do. But it does have idle detection of sorts.
I'll try disabling it and testing to see if the problem persists.

I'm also a user of Eset and never had any issue with it. I also several times had long-running (hours) scripts launched from Scite and never encountered the same spurious termination.
