Hi hi. im messing with this script. All works actuly. BUT if time hits 22:00 then it does not read time anymore, or it does not looping/checking time again

Can any1 help me understand why its not working when time hits period in script. it works if it runs once only.

example: time is 22:00 then script tells me that time is ower, but if i make script run at 20:00 and when   time hits 22:00 its not working. like its not looping/checking time again

You're only checking what time it is once in your script, before the function starts and you never update it again.

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.
