CYCho Posted September 27, 2019 Posted September 27, 2019 @torque3d, The default length of pause between key strokes in Send() function is 5 millisecs. Depending on your computer and network environment, you may have to increase it to a much higher value. In my case 100 works OK. You can do it by Opt("SendKeyDelay", 100). Still better would be using ClipPut("This is a sample text") and Send("^v"). zPlayer - A Small Audio and Video Player

I doubt that there's no other way to get it accomplished other than using Send. CYCho 1 If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. CYCho Posted September 27, 2019 Posted September 27, 2019 (edited) I agree with @BrewManNH. I am using WebDriver UDF and I don't have to use Send at all. It must be same with IE UDF. Edit: If the string is long, like when I have to change content of a multiline edit box, I find that pasting is much faster than changing the value with a WebDriver UDF function. I don't know what is the case with IE UDF. Edited September 27, 2019 by CYCho zPlayer - A Small Audio and Video Player

Not everything is up to date or complete, but a valuable resource for informations. Edited September 29, 2019 by Musashi "In the beginning the Universe was created.
