I want to change the color that is used for finding text?

That is, when you type Ctrl-F, enter some text, and a match is found, the word is highlighted.

This color scheme is almost impossible to see. I want to make the "found text" colro easie rto see, but I don't see this option under SciteConfig

In the file SciteGlobal.properties, there's a line (74 on mine) with:

selection.back=#E0E0E8

change that value (RGB in hex) to the color you want.

Thanks- but is there a wizard or other tool for converting a palette of colors to an rgb value?

there is a color selection udf in the beta version of autoit

just select tools, scite config, the color selections are in there

There is no color selection for the Selection.back parameter in SciTEConFig.exe...
