key pressing - (Locked)

Recommended Posts

Excuse me, I would like to ask why this function acts the way it does. I tested this line of code and it holds the 'd' key for 17960 milliseconds and then holds 'd' and 'w' key for the same amount of time. What I want this function to do is to only hold the 'd' and 'w' key at the same time for 17960 milliseconds. Why does it hold the 'd' key for ~18seconds before holding them at the same time? Please teach me why it does so and help me remove it. Thank you very much.

(I will use this to automate my modded minecraft pc farming grinds)

code:

func hold_down_keys()

   Opt("SendKeyDownDelay", 17960)
   Send('{D DOWN}')
   Send('{W DOWN}')
   Send('{D UP}')
   Send('{W UP}')

EndFunc

Welcome to the AutoIt forum.

Unfortunately you appear to have missed the Forum rules on your way in. Please read them now - particularly the bit about not discussing game automation - and then you will understand why you will get no help and this thread will now be locked.

See you soon with a legitimate question I hope.
