well, my brothers been going on my computer i suspect, and id like to know what he's up to, is there any script i can write that will record what programs he uses/what he's doing?

why don´t you lock your pc?

Maybe you could use something like this:

DesktopCam programs

But I guess, it depends on the time your brother is working. The Videos will become very huge.

You can also look into the windows history (last documents) and so on.
