Why in standart "include files" not present function like

as for me, i fed up with need to write MsgBox(0,"","... every time i want to output simplest message,

You have lots of options to make your live easier:

- If it is so important for you than add it to your own Standard UDF file.

- Add it to your Abbrev.properties

- Snippet utility

So since you are so "Fed Up" with it I am sure yoy are going to solve your issue ....
