I need to detect the active window, so I dont have to hide my "embedded" browser thats always on top, that is docked in my program. currently, it hides, but if you just click the system tray or something it will just leave a big black space (the background is black) and I'd rather just set it off of On Top mode (its on top so its always on my program), without bringing it to focus (WinSetOnTop brings to focus :P )
