BigDaddyO Posted September 28, 2007 Share Posted September 28, 2007 Valuater, With this many posts on the XSkin, I'm not sure if someone asked these questions yet so here they go. 1. How do I set an XSkinButton as a default button on a GUI window? "The x always seems to be the default" 2. How do I keep an XSkinButton from being clicked on when you are selecting from a combobox dropdown that is displaying over it. Both of these questions are of course in reference to my Food Guide. Thanks, Mike Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Valuater Posted October 27, 2007 Author Share Posted October 27, 2007 Nice program!!! I have only one problem... Well, just trying to guess This create the GUI, then creates the "[X]" as XSkinIcon() $XPID2 = XSkinGUICreate ( ) If FileExists($Icon_Folder) Then $Xh_ret = XSkinIcon ($XPID2) That does return an array, unless the [X] picture is not found. Maybe try another skin folder??? I have no idea... without enough of your code to check. ( that would have to be a zip file with all includes, pics and code [ I wont be back till Monday]) 8) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Joscpe Posted November 9, 2007 Share Posted November 9, 2007 Well, I haven't been doing that much and I remembered this thread. I lost my help stuff but I got some of it back by decompiling. I updated a little bit, later on I will have it all up to date, it's nice to see things have been added to it. There is one thing wrong with the file, the program has become unregistered and has something stupid in the title bar.XSkin.zip -Joscpe Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

stephend Posted December 17, 2007 Share Posted December 17, 2007 Valuater, This is the best addition I've seen for auotit since forms. Brilliant. I realise that these aren't standard controls anymore, just wondering if there is a way to still tab through the XSkin controls and use the Enter key to run one. I can get this to work with standard controls but not Xskin ones. Don't mean this as a criticism, probably me just missing the obvious. Thanks Again Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This will work... #include <XSkin.au3> ; folder of skin $Skin_Folder = @ScriptDir & "\Skins\Black-Yellow" $XSkinGui = XSkinGUICreate( "My GUI", 400, 450, $Skin_Folder) $button_1 = XSkinButton("Button 1", 145, 100, 100, 35, "Hello") HotKeySet("{ENTER}", "Hello") GUISetState() While 1 MouseOver() Sleep(10) WEnd Func Hello() HotKeySet("{ENTER}") XSkinTrayBox("XSkin", "Test Button 1") HotKeySet("{ENTER}", "Hello") EndFunc Hope that herlps.... and Welcome! 8) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

gseller Posted January 22, 2008 Share Posted January 22, 2008 Valuater... Can you please PM or post just a sample of the listview you used to have the two or more icon/text as separate buttons? I have been searching everywhere for just such a feature. I am talking about the Icon/text mix you have in skins here to select the skin to apply. Way cool Stuff...
