The Kandie Man and I confirmed today that his NtSuspendProcess/NtResumeProcess api calls for his Process Pause and Unpause functions aren't working on Windows 2000  .

Does anyone have an "API" alternative?

Edit:

And before anyone says anything, I'm aware of PsSuspend.

Common sense plays a role in the basics of understanding AutoIt... If you're lacking in that, do us all a favor, and step away from the computer.

NtResumeProcess New to WinXP. Resumes a suspended process.

NtSuspendProcess New to WinXP. Suspends a process.

Maybe?

NtResumeThread ResumeThread Wakes up a suspended thread.

NtSuspendThread SuspendThread Suspends a thread's execution.

You can find out more about the API's at http://www.sysinternals.com/Information/NativeApi.html

Don't argue with an idiot; people watching may not be able to tell the difference.
