alex OF DEATH
The Help File wasn't very clear on what a checked radio box returns. It says Refer to the State Table. I found the State table. It has two columns, one with the control, and one with comments. Not what it returns. ...My only question is what the hell a checked radio box returns :\
The Kandie Man
It returns a 1 or a 4. 1 for checked and 4 for unchecked. Try this script. #include <GUIConstants.au3> #Region ### START Koda GUI section ### Form= $Form1 = GUICreate("AForm1", 281, 76, 193, 115) $Radio1 = GUICtrlCreateRadio("A Radio", 24, 16, 80, 33) $button = GUICtrlCreateButton("Check Return Value",100,20) GUISetState(@SW_SHOW) #EndRegion ### END Koda GUI section ### While 1 $nMsg = GUIGetMsg() Switch $nMsg Case $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE Exit Case $button Msgbox(0,"The Radio button returned:",GUICtrlREad($Radio1 )) EndSwitch WEnd "So man has sown the wind and reaped the world. Perhaps in the next few hours there will no remembrance of the past and no hope for the future that might have been." & _"All the works of man will be consumed in the great fire after which he was created." & _"And if there is a future for man, insensitive as he is, proud and defiant in his pursuit of power, let him resolve to live it lovingly, for he knows well how to do so." & _"Then he may say once more, 'Truly the light is sweet, and what a pleasant thing it is for the eyes to see the sun.'" - The Day the Earth Caught Fire

Bert
a good way to see what is returned is to use a msgbox. It is a quick way to see the result, and easy to comment out. Others perfer to use console to do this. Do what works for you. The Vollatran project My blog: http://www.vollysinterestingshit.com/
