Multiple Variables "handler"

How do I have a single variable represent a series of variables? This allows me to reuse a single function and only have to change the amount of parameters once (ie in the $mailPars vaiable)

Example:

$errorSendTo = "myemail@myhost.com"
$errorSendTitle = "Subject Line"
$errorSendBody = "this is the body"
$errorSendAttachment = ""
$errorSendExit = "exit"
$mailPars = $errorSendTo And $errorSendTitle And $errorSendBody And $errorSendAttachment And $errorSendExit

SendMailDefineVarsAndRun($mailPars)
