stigma
Hey all, I need to find some documention for basic math functions. Autoit is so well developed that im sure it has the basics somewhere. Spesificly the first thing on my need list is basic pythagoras functions geometric calculations so I can figure out the angle from point A to B when I know the two (I dont know the english word for this) "shorter sides". I guess I need sin() tan() and cos() functions I checked the helpfile, but I want able to find anything relating to math. Perhaps I am looking in the wrong place, or I need some sort of include in order to do this... I dunno. I'm hoping someone can point me to where I can find the necessary documention for fiding and using such math functions. -Stigma Edited February 20, 2007 by stigma

stigma
I found Sin() Cos() and Tan() , and also Asin() Acos() and Atan() which will be nice to have around. With those I should be able to acomplish what I need if I can just dig up my old math books and fresh my memory a little hehe I was just being a bit stupid when I was looking for it I guess. just searching for "sin" yielded results in the helpfile. I was searching for "math" and "pythagoras" before that. -Stigma
