IsAdmin() under Windows Vista

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I'm working with IsAdmin() function under Windows Vista and using an AutoIt compiler v.3.2.3.5, it doesn't get the desired value.

(--> "user" is under the administrators group and a value "0" is returned).

Could IsAdmin() function run fine under this conditions ?

Cheers,

David

Hi,

In Vista you are normaly not an Administrator nor have the administrator rights, so the returned value is right, but i don't think it would give you any problems with running your script.
