Embedded IE object has v-scroll bar.

I am embedding a small webpage into a GUI but the object has a vertical scroll bar. Is there a way to remove it?? It is sized correctly and the scroll bar doesnt actually scroll as a result, but it is just there.

If I try to load a local file it still leaves the scroll bar.

NM... figured it out... it was the page encoding.
