Error in running exe

Hi guys first post so be gentle

I have been given a script by someone on another forum and all it does is it gets who is logged on, what machine and what time. The thing is that whenever i try and run it on another machine as a test it just does not right to the file!! It rights a dream if i run it from my laptop.

Is the network path the script is writing to available from the other computer?
