Getting a part of a string

Hello everyone, here's my question:

I need to read a part of a string from a chat window to a variable, e.g.

RaenGar: Hello, World!

I need to save "RaenGar" to one variable and "Hello, World" to another. The only thing that is constand is that those 2 are always divided by ":"

Is there any possible solution?
