Access Desktop Icons

Hi,

Im quite new to the whole COM thing. I want to write a Tool that can move Desktop Icons like Desktop Icon Toy

I came so far to use MSDN Website and found the IActiveDesktop Interface maybe is that one i need (http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms647199.aspx)

especially the function "SetDesktopItemOptions", but then you have to turn on active desktop, and i dont think this is necessary.

Or maybe theres another possibility via DllCall i dont know, like i said im not expierienced in using dlls and objects.

But i think i can work into, if i just know which way i can and which one not.

Any information would be great.
