what would the code be to stop a process for example explorer.exe and sidebar.exe?

Reason

i recently found a script by DaProgrammer that makes the active window transparent but when you run it on vista the start button gets the word start over it and the sidebar gets a big black bar in it.(Posted Code)

so i want to end explorer.exe and sidebar.exe

then after they are ended run explorer.exe and sidebar.exe

ProcessClose() will close the process , if you want to pause the process, you can use this UDF (i found it here on forum and change it a litle):
