_IEImgClick

I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to click any images with a specific pixel color within the whole IE window EXCEPT a certain image URL. Here is my code.

#include "IE.au3"
While 1=1
;Finds the "Next" Button and Clicks it.
 $coord = PixelSearch( 0, 0, 1279, 779, 0xFFFFCC)
 MouseClick("left",$coord[0],$coord[1])
 Sleep(5000)
;HERE IS WHERE I NEED TO DETERMINE A SPECIFIC IMAGE URL NOT TO CLICK
 Send("{F5}");Refresh the Browser
 Sleep(5000)
 WEnd

So, what I want it to do is click any of the image links in a group EXCEPT one, so would I use _IEImgGetCollection and then somehow prohibit the clicking of one of those specific images? But the click goes by pixel color so how would I just negate a specific image URL?

See _IEPropertyGet in the latest version to get x y height and width for any object.

Yes, but i mean is there a way to exclude an image which changes location. The images are randomly generated and placed, but one recurs and changes location. Can you exclude that img?

Not sure I completely understand your question, but is this close to what you are trying to accomplish?

#include <IE.au3>

$sURL = "YourWebsite.com"
$sFilter = "URL not to click"

$oIE = _IECreate($sURL)
$oImgs = _IEImgGetCollection($oIE)
For $oImg In $oImgs
    If String($oImg.src) = $sFilter Then
        ContinueLoop
    EndIf
    _IEAction($oImg, "click")
    ExitLoop
Next
