Looking for Autolt tutorial

With regards anything PC related, I am so 'wet behind the ears' I should have gills. What I need is a tutorial for imbeciles such as me, that will show me how (if at all possible) I can make my pc think I am hitting the spacebar every 3 seconds. It is for a slots game we play that does not involve real cash, just experience points.
