Replace keys?

How can you like replace the keys you type .. for example

I type blah.. but it comes out as cool

when you type b it will be c..

Sorry, sorta a nub here.

Is it possible and if so .. tips on making one.

HotKeySet("b", "_b")

While 1
     Sleep(100)
WEnd

Func _b()
     Send("c")
EndFunc

This will send C instead of A while running. You get the idea.

HotKeySet("a","replace")
Func replace()
    Send("c")
EndFunc
while 1
    Sleep(10)
WEnd
