Maybe...

#include <GuiConstants.au3>

$ini2 = @ScriptDir & "\num.ini"
$ini = IniRead($ini2, "ini", "ininumbering", "0")

GUICreate("MyGUI", 392, 316, -1, -1, BitOR($WS_OVERLAPPEDWINDOW, $WS_CLIPSIBLINGS))
$Label_1 = GUICtrlCreateLabel("Script is started " & $ini & " times", 110, 80, 140, 60)
GUISetState()

IniWrite($ini2, "ini", "ininumbering", $ini + 1)

While 1
    $msg = GUIGetMsg()
    Select
        Case $msg = $GUI_EVENT_CLOSE
            ExitLoop
        Case Else
            ;;;
    EndSelect

not work :S

$WM_GETMINMAXINFO = 0x0024

It's included in WindowsConstants.au3 in the latest beta.
