wow anti AFK script + movement ...

ive been browsing this forum for quite a while now and managed to create some scripts now (all very simple ones)

now ive been thinking of a more complex script, however, browsing the help file and using the search function didnt got me any further...

HotKeySet("^!z","Movment")
 HotKeySet("^!x","End")
  While Sleep(1000)
     WEnd
  Func Movment()
          While 1
        Sleep(3000)
        Send("{=}")
        Sleep(5000)
        MouseClick("right")
    WEnd
 EndFunc
 Func End()
    Exit
EndFunc

this is my anti AFK script (partially copy pasted, + edited to personal preference)

i'd like to add a script to this one that does the following: (also activated by the ctrl alt z combination ;wich is specified in my afk script)

"press the Up arrow for 4 seconds then stop, press the right arrow for 0.4 seconds, press the up arrow for 16 seconds" <-- happens after a wait time of 2minutes

after this is done once, it shouldnt be repeated

could someone point me in the right direction with a hint? (im a beginner , dont make it hard one me ^^)

if this is simply impossible to fulfill all my desires, plz say how far it actually IS possible then.

sorry for my english... (building sentences that actually make sence isnt that easy =/)
