Add the same key to every selection

Hi all,

How to add a specified key to every selection in the inifile? Could not find anything to do it .

For example:

I specified the value ' Test' then it will add it to all selections, so the inifile looks like this:

[selection1]

Test=

[selection2]

Test=

[selection3]

Test=

Is it also possible to make a skeleton ini file?

So when I create a new ini, it has everything from the ini skeleton.
