@Gary:

As of the current beta, _Timer_KillTimer() looks incorrect to me. When you find $iTimerID, you need to move everything after it up by one element. As it is, _Timer_KillTimer() is freeing the callback, but then it removes the last item in the array (which isn't necessarily the specified $iTimerID). And the _Timer_KillAllTimers() still suffers from the unoptimized-ness I outlined up above :)
