Gift3d
I've tried both the help in AutoIt, and the search function here, but oddly enough i got nothing. I'm trying to run a shortcut. Here's what my script looks like, it's pretty simple. EDIT:: I need to run a shortcut, because i'm trying to run Mouse properties in the Control Panel. Putting in Control Panel/Mouse doesn't work, and i'm not sure how i'd get that to work either. HotKeySet("{DEL}", "sixbit") While 1 Sleep(100) WEnd Func sixbit() Run("C:\mouse.lnk", "") EndFunc I've tried the OpenFile just for kicks, no luck. I've tried all different variations of run (C:/, C:\, mouse, Mouse, MOUSE.LNK, everything.) Either if i can run this from [control panel/mouse] sort-of-way, or run a shortcut, either would be great. Thanks! Edited January 28, 2008 by Gift3d
bogQ
HotKeySet("{DEL}", "sixbit") While 1 Sleep(100) WEnd Func sixbit() ShellExecute("C:\Mouse.lnk") EndFunc is this what you need? Swift
you cannot use the Run() function for executing .ink files... (shortcuts) I would suggest only using Run() for .exe's....using ShellExecute() for everything else
