My scripts is getting big and I'm having many modules joined together by #include. But the point is the #include is actually sticking the files into one big main .au3 file and there is no separate namespace for the global variables defined in each included file. How could I make sure there is no name conflict of variables in each modules?

Normally the au3check shows you if there are to vars with the same name.
