Run from cmd

can anyone say me how to run a program as From CMD?

I tried this:

Case $MenuItem11312
                $load = FileReadLine(@ScriptDir & "\settings",19)
                Run (@ComSpec & $load)

But it didnt work.

this is my 19-th line in settings

C:\Program Files\GIMP-2.0\bin\gimp-2.4.exe

you are up to 250+ posts... now tell me how did you do the debugging for this problem ?

What the the result for: @ComSpec & $load ?

What should it be to work ?

(try to start to learn how to debug your programs because that is something that will be useful for the future :) )
