Button for mouse action

Pretty new to this, so forgive me if this is very basic... I have this in a Control GUI..

; BUTTON

GuiCtrlCreateButton("Start Player 1", 10, 130, 120, 60)

and I want it to simulate a mouse click

MouseClick("left", 27, 192, 1, 0)

but I can't work out how to combine them (the mouse part works fine on its own).

Any help available?

Is it so difficult to lokk in the helpfile?

$button = GUICtrlcreateButton...
...
$msg = GUIGetMsg()
...
If $msg = $button THen
MouseClick ...
EndIf
...
