binding hotkey

I need to bind hotkey for my program alt +f2 if I use hotkeyset() then script disables sending alt+f2 for other programs so how i can bind alt+ f2 that way i can still use it in other programs?i need that key combination works only ifmy script window is active and if not then i want others programs to able to receive this key combination.

and if key combination is pressed then do function.

unregister the hotkey when your script isn't active and then register it again when it's active!
