Interactive Services Dialog Detection + Vista + Cgi

3 posts in this topic

Vista basic w/Apache Server running scripts in cgi-bin - private server (not public). Xp no longer an option.

I'm having trouble with Vista allowing scripts to execute most commands and programs.

Vista pops up locally on the server with a Interactive Services Dialog Detection so the scripts run great but only in never never land like a service.

I can create and run my own exe files which similarly crippled so this is why I turned to autoit.

Any ideas? Nothing much on the helps or websites for running scripts remotely like this.

Using #requireadmin or not using it same result --> scripts still end up running in the Interactive Services Dialog Detection.

All Autoit scripts work locally when initiated from the mouse or keyboard. Just not remotely. Being admin or user doesn't seem to matter.
