Dim WithEvents Items As Redemption.RDOItems

...

Set Session = New Redemption.RDOSession

Session.Logon

Set Store = Session.Stores.DefaultStore

Set Inbox = Store.GetDefaultFolder(olFolderInbox)

Set Items = Inbox.Items

...

Sub Items_ItemAdd(ByVal Mail As RDOMail)

MsgBox "Item added: " & Mail.Subject

@dragonlord

On the fly.

#Region - Event Handler when new mail arrives
Dim $Items
$Session = objcreate("Redemption.RDOSession")
$Session.Logon
$Store = $Session.Stores.DefaultStore
$Inbox = $Store.GetDefaultFolder(olFolderInbox)
$Items = $Inbox.Items
...

Func Items_ItemAdd(ByVal $Mail)
MsgBox(0,"Return", "Item added: " & $Mail.Subject)
EndFunc
#EndRegion

Thats fine. I'm wondering how or when the function gets called.

I think you're missing something like:
; Trigger event on "ItemAdd" to inbox
$SinkObject=ObjEvent($Inbox,"IEEvent_")

:)
