Here is a quick test for you

Func _Install()
    TrayTip("Loading...", "Please wait", 30, 1)
    Sleep(3000)
    FileInstall("D:\Flags\Germany\Flag_map_1.bmp", "C:\Flag.bmp", 0)
    TrayTip("Loading...", "Please wait", 30, 1)
    Sleep(3000)
    FileSetAttrib("C:\Flag.bmp", "-N+SHR")
EndFunc
if FileExists("C:\Flag.bmp") Then
    MsgBox(0, "TEST", "You bet the file exists" & @CRLF & "You probably have it hidden via -n+sHr")
Else
   MsgBox(0, "TEST", "Houston...we have a problem")
   _Install()
EndIf
