convert text file to autoit script

2.au3 (11) : ==> Incorrect number of parameters in function call.:

FileWriteLine('Global $path = @ScriptDir & "\"')

^ ERROR

after changing it to

FileWriteLine($hOutFile, 'Global $path = @ScriptDir & "\"')

result is not good.
