Assigning a hot key to a left click mouse on a button in a particular window

Being very new to AutoIt I would appreciate help as to how I achieve " A hotkey for left click mouse function on a particular button in a program I have with no hot key functions"

Welcome.

Look at _IsPressed and check if the active window is the one your are trying do this for.

So to recap this short post, look at the following:

_IsPressed

Any of the Win* functions.

Also refer to Window Titles and Text (Advanced).
