Is it possible to make two rebar toolbars in the same window so I can set one toolbar to system images and the other to custom images? Thanks in advance.

You can newly create a Toolbar Control in a Child-Window with WS_CHILD style.

You can create multiple toolbars and add them to a rebar control. :)
