WinHttp.WinHttpRequest.5.1 => POST

How can I send POST data with WinHttp.WinHttpRequest.5.1?

$WinHttpReq = ObjCreate("WinHttp.WinHttpRequest.5.1")
    $WinHttpReq.Open("GET", $url, false)
    $WinHttpReq.Send()

i tried with:

$WinHttpReq = ObjCreate("WinHttp.WinHttpRequest.5.1")

$sDataToPost = "nick=sha_***_xulah1&pass=123456&Submitlogin=Aceptar" ; Datos quen se envian por metodo POST

$oDataToPostBstr = __IEStringToBstr($sDataToPost) ;Convertimos los datos

$WinHttpReq.Open("PUT","http://www.******.com/ingresar.php", false)

$WinHttpReq.Send($oDataToPostBstr)

but dosn't work.
