Can you save jpeg's via IE.au3?

I am using IE.au3 to extract text from web pages but is there a command to be able to save specific jpgs as well?

i think that InetGet() will serve that purpose

Could you fill me in on what function to use to extract text from IE? If you could take a look at the pdf I affixed to this post ,I want to extract all the words below...Igoogle Extract.pdf

Thank you for the script. One question, what code can I use to instead of saving everything I can extract the specific words I need? I'm trying my best not to use mouseclicks.
